Mr. Ransom began practicing in Grants Pass in 2005, and has since developed a practice in a wide variety of legal areas, including representing debtors and creditors in collections, foreclosures and bankruptcy matters; estate planning, probate and trust administration; real property sales and litigation; contract disputes; intellectual property matters; business organizations; and other areas of general legal practice. Bill represents local businesses, local and regional banks, the Grants Pass School District, private lenders, non-profit corporations and a wide variety of companies and individuals throughout Southern Oregon.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three kids, Savanna, Willow and Cyrus.  He also likes writing songs, playing guitar, and hiking in the woods with his beautiful wife, Chris.

Ms. Ferguson began practicing in Grants Pass in 2007.  She has experience in a wide variety of legal areas, though her practice is primarily focused on bankruptcy, family law, and estate planning & administration. She also represents both landlords and tenants, and local and out-of-state businesses and private individuals in litigation.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.

Mr. Clyde was born and raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, he prides himself on zealously representing his clients and their interests in a manner that is accessible and responsive to their requests and needs, in a cost-effective manner.  Outside of the office Mr. Clyde is an avid fly fisherman, enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife and family.  Mr. Clyde regularly attends Edgewater Christian Fellowship.
